Robert W. Gale has been a full-time brass instructor and performer for more than 20 years. He plays trumpet in the Federal Way Symphony and Northwest Sinfonietta, and is a member of the Seattle Trumpet Consort, a Baroque trumpet ensemble. He is also a founding member of the Pacific Brass Quintet, which has played for hundreds of weddings and events in the Seattle area. He teaches Band at the Bright Water School, and St. George School in Seattle. He has a Masters degree from Western Washington University, and a Bachelors in Music Education from Northern Illinois University. His teachers include Christopher Leuba, Vincent Chichowicz, and Arnold Jacobs (Chicago Symphony); Knud Hovaldt (Royal Danish Philharmonic); Claude Gordon; Ronald Modell; George Oram; and Fred Sautter (Oregon Symphony.)
